Port Tor Button-like functionality

Description

After Tor Messenger has connected to the Tor network, there is no way I can access Tor preferences again. Something like Tor Browser “onion menu” could be useful. I guess displaying the circuit used to connect to a chat server would be a very nice visual addition.

The closest thing one can find now is the “Network” tab of the “Advanced” panel in “Preferences”. Where you can disable using Tor as a proxy. Which would be bad. Probably that panel should be disabled entirely.

This one just bit me too. I am in an airport lounge where vanilla Tor flows are blocked, and I want to change my Tor Messenger's Tor to use a pluggable transport. But I don't want to lose all my current chat windows.

For the security slider, consider stricter TLS settings.
