Description

The old Tor Browser ticket #8987 also applies for Tor Messenger. Window titles are written under ~/Library/Saved Application State/org.instantbird.savedState, and include the names or addresses for contacts.

That ticket has some suggestions for solving the problem.

Thanks! Seems we need to,

Merely add <key>NSDisablePersistence</key><true/> to /Applications/TorBrowser_en-US.app/Contents/MacOS/TorBrowser.app/Contents/Info.plist is sufficient to trigger this behavior.

More generally, this is #16536.

Particularly, 0028-Disable-Saved-Application-State-in-MacOS-via-plist-p.patch.
