Tor Browser should retry more circuits before giving up for an address
Using Tor Browser 4.5.3. Was trying to load a page, and it kept showing Connection cannot be established (like the server was down). The destination was outlook.com, so I thought it cannot be down. Refreshed many times, the result was the same, Connection cannot be established.
Realized it has something to do with the Exit node chosen in my circuit (Tor Browser isolated that circuit per domain bar and kept retrying it), so clicked on Tor Button -> New Circuit for this site. After this it worked perfectly fine.
Would it be better for Tor Browser try 3 different circuits until giving up for an adddress? After a working circuit has been found, that one is kept for that url domain bar, as per how Tor Browser is currently configured. If none of the 3 tried circuits worked, don't keep in memory a certain circuit for that address.
