phobos: using a bridge probably wouldn't help in this case, since the user is using an https proxy.

Sounds like using a bridge instead of an https proxy might help too -- unless the user is in China, in which case "stop using your bridge and find an https proxy that will work" is your best bet.

In any case, this user appears long gone. Closing.
