Description
Per #15512, the TLS fingerprint of meek-http-helper in Tor Browser 5.0a3 does not match that of Firefox 38. This is a patch to enable some prefs related to HTTP/2 and SPDY and make the fingerprint match again.

Applied for 5.0a4, since we're likely not to be ready for HTTP/2 and SPDY for 5.0a4.

FWIW: these prefs should get enabled Tor Browser-wide with #14952.
