Description

Per #15512, the TLS fingerprint of meek-http-helper in Tor Browser 5.0a3 does not match that of Firefox 38. This is a patch to enable some prefs related to HTTP/2 and SPDY and make the fingerprint match again.

FWIW: these prefs should get enabled Tor Browser-wide with #14952.

Okay. If #14952 will land soon, it's fine. In any case, it doesn't do any harm to have these prefs set in meek-http-helper too.

Applied for 5.0a4, since we're likely not to be ready for HTTP/2 and SPDY for 5.0a4.
