Can't reopen #12240

I need to reopen and comment on #12240 (moved) and I can't appear to do either.

Nevermind, this was due to a parent ticket issue. Trac displayed the warning at the top, but left my browser scroll view focused on the modification after submission, so I did not see it. Still annoying, but not really our responsibility to fix it, and especially not track the issue in our bugtracker.
