There is currently no way to support custom settings but I have something in mind for the next release and will address this issue before that.

#19971 now has a branch that addresses these issues at least for some use cases. I don't think it's worth addressing them in a more generic way given Enigmail will handle torification itself (the code is already in their master branch). And then most of the Torbirdy code that deals with Enigmail can go away, which should solve this ticket for free :)

Since this is related to #19971, I am marking this as fixed, unless you disagree in which case feel free to reopen this ticket :)

Anyway to save custom settings to not be replicated, as TorBirdy currently breaks Enigmail keyserver support.
OS Arch Linux
GPG 2.1.14
TorBirdy 0.2
Needs to be set up for
--no-emit-version --no-comments --display-charset utf-8 --keyserver-options no-auto-key-retrieve
After restart it goes back to
--no-emit-version --no-comments --display-charset utf-8 --keyserver-options no-auto-key-retrieve,no-try-dns-srv,http-proxy=socks5h://127.0.0.1:9150
