Privacy Policy won't scroll (stuck behind footer)

On the Privacy Policy page using a mobile device, only part of the text is readable. The remainder is hidden behind a footer and you can't scroll to see it. (iOS; I don't know about Android.)

Curious. It works on all browsers I have access to. I think we need input from isabela here on what she wanted - the footer to be always visible or not.
