Exit 195.154.56.44 breaks blog.torproject.org SSL

Description

I opened https://blog.torproject.org/blog and got a security warning triangle from Tor Browser, rather than the lock. When I clicked on it, it said "Broken Encryption".

This kept on happening even when I refreshed the page.

When I selected "New Circuit for this site", the issue went away.

Can someone check if the Exit 195.154.56.44 is stripping SSL?
Alternately, is the Tor website intermittently embedding insecure content?

The blog image download through this exit was also incredibly slow (~10 seconds). So much so I thought the image had to be multiple megabytes. (It's about half a megabyte.)
