Add new obfs4 bridge riemann to Tor Browser
There's a new default obfs4 bridge running on a 100MB/s connection. If possible, we should get it added to TB's default set before 25 January.

The patch is in my
fix/18071-riemann
branch. It sets riemann as the first bridge since it has unlimited bandwidth capacity and is not currently blocked.Trac:

Please see also #18072 (moved) which (IMO) we'll want to merge at the same time.

Thanks, Geko!
Is this only going into 5.5? Doesn't that mean the bridge won't get used until March?

No, 5.5 is going out next week. And, hey, I did not make that up: ;)
Apart from that we are focusing on getting Tor Browser 5.5 into a stable shape and plan to release it by end of January.
