Maximizing Tor Browser on Windows and restarting/doing New Identity leads to non-rounded window size

If I update a maximized Tor Browser to 5.5 I get a non-rounded window size of 1004x734. Might be related to showing the changelog after an update now. This is a Windows-only issue.

Confirmed on XP SP3, but it seems to be the "right" behavior: Add-on finds the Maximized preference (?), left from last run before updating, then tries to restore resolution, so the ugly rectangle on the bottom disappears that leads to 734.

Typo of 1000?

A user on Reddit reported a size of 1004x933.  Screenshot.

Replying to indolering: Yes, it's the size seen on Win10, but there is no need to populate comments about it.

That's actually a more generic problem: even if I maximize the browser window and then either restart or hit New Identity I get those results. And this is not Tor Browser 5.5 related.

It does not get fixed by #19459 (moved) either (I tested v11) even though the new dimensions look more like 990x589 or 998x591.
