Font fingerprinting defenses broken on Windows

Any adjustment to Cleartype settings changes the TBB font rendering. This applies to both enabling/disabling Cleartype as well as Cleartype tuning.

(Tested on Win 7.)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

GDI ClearType is system-wide, so it's a standard behavior.
