Description
Orbot 15.1.2 worked fine on my Nexus 6P with Android 6.0.1. When I upgraded to the Android N developer preview, I discovered that Orbot fails to stop Tor when requested, although the indicator button claims it is stopped. If you try to "start" Tor again, Orbot gets stuck in a loop, constantly trying to start a new Tor instance when one is already running. Stopping Orbot in the device application temporally resolves the issue.

This seems to be a problem on the final release of Android 7.0 on my Nexus 6p. I can provide more information, bu I'm not sure what is pertinent.
