Description

Certain websites (primarily blogs) make the Tor Browser completely unresponsive.
Example: http://blog.tenstringguitar.info/

So do you want to say Firefox is responsive and TBB not? That webpage eats 350 Mb of mem on High settings when all those videos are disabled. How much resources does your system have to load all that on Defaults and without freezes? Firefox UI is a webpage that shares "duty cycle" with all other webpages - it's a long standing problem and it can't be fixed by Tor Browser devs.

But there is something with your webpage that can:

TypeError: message.indexOf is not a function torbutton.js:3061:25

Also, to reduce the number of tickets, adding other Torbutton issues:

TypeError: can't access dead object torbutton.js:3344:8

On highly loaded machines FF prefers to grow endlessly to OOM.
