gitian-based TBB/ESR45 build fails because gconf is missing

Trying to build TBB/ESR45 with tor-browser-bundle.git, I got the error: "Could not find gconf-2.0".

added TorBrowserTeam201604R component::applications/tor browser ff45-esr owner::tbb-team parent::18226 priority::medium resolution::fixed severity::normal status::closed type::defect labels

Yeah, that one sat in my tree (like the fixes for #18699 (moved) and #18700 (moved)) as we don't have a nightly with an esr45 branch yet. But I guess we already can merge that fix. So, thanks for the patch and sorry for the extra work. This is commit ffbe0cbb99ba7bad3068ee2f55a07946ada78695.
