Make it clear that Address only works for IPv4

    Some operators expect Address to work with an IPv6 address, either a literal, or a DNS name with an AAAA record.

    We should make this clearer in the manual.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
