TB 6.0a5 build 3: meek addon is disabled (not signed)

In Tor Browser 6.0a5 build 3, meek will not work because the meek add-on has not been signed and it is not whitelisted.

bug_18898 (https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/tor-browser.git/commit/?h=bug_18898) has a fix for this. There is no browser UI affected which is why we don't need to patch nsBrowserGlue.js nor extensions.js.
