Remove swig and unused PGP keys

Some PGP keys (LXML, PYTHON, M2CRYPTO, flashproxy) are no longer needed because the software they are for has been removed.

swig was only needed for the m2crypto build.

Thanks for catching this. I added the bug number to the commits and pushed them to master (commit 124cfb4ed86f38ddbcab81722f76a4bb4eed3424, 4f80e41c593e5680bfe31fcb421d04fc7d875c89).
