Description

Someone suggested to me that the Social API might be something we would want to remove from Tor Browser. I know nothing about it at this stage, but here is a ticket to remind us of the idea.

We disabled that API in #13612. We should remove the unused prefs from our prefs file when switching to esr59.

The bug is invalid as there is no Social API anymore. FWIW: the prefs we set got removed during the rebase in #25543.
