Description

Tor keeps freezing when Establishing an Encrypted Directory when I have Kaspersky Internet Security enabled, even if I allow full "Trusted" privileges to TOR. Please see the logs below:

You mean there are no issues with Kaspersky Internet Security disabled/uninstalled?

Probably, KIS modifies all web traffic (:80, :443, etc) by its interceptors, of course,

even if I allow full "Trusted" privileges to TOR

So, disabling "SSL Inspection" or similar crap could help.
