tails is very big file please split it 100 MB files , we can download it this way and remake the big file , and burn and use tails thanks

You can always download Tails over torrent. See https://tails.boum.org/install/download/index.en.html

I'm not sure if splitting files is generally a good idea, but if you think you still need to bring this idea to tails developers, they have their own bug tracker: https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/bug_reporting/index.en.html
