Compile tor with selfrando

Selfrando is no browser/Firefox specific technique. We should make sure tor benefits from it as well.

Maybe basically copying and pasting the relevant lines from the Firefox descriptor is already enough? (See: bug_19722 (https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/tor-browser-bundle.git/commit/?h=bug_19722))

What? Tor is what it made sense to test (Firefox was tested by selfrando devs).
