viewvc broken on svn.tpo

https://svn.torproject.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi?view=roots (linked from https://svn.torproject.org/) doesn't work (443).

We could either fix it or remove the link.

I made no changes, so this must be something that changed during a webserver upgrade or so? Can you please remove the link as it doesn't seem like anyone is really missing this functionality... I don't think I have direct access to the page that is displayed on svn.tpo.
