Description

Some users click "help censored users" in Vidalia's sharing window, rather than "be a relay". Then they spend a lot of time looking at public relay listings, wondering why their Tor relay is broken.

We could save them a lot of trouble by improving the interface around opting to be a bridge. For example,

"Help censored users reach the Tor network (<a href="">what's this?</a>)

We also need some text in the Vidalia help pages that describes what being a bridge is from the bridge operator side. Currently we only have text about how to configure to use somebody else's bridge.

Wouldn't be sufficient to add a tooltip to that "what's this?" saying something like:
"This is <b>not</b> the same as running a Tor public relay, this works as a gateway to the Tor network for users whose ISP blocks them. If you don't understand this, please follow this link http://www.torproject.org/docs/bridges.html.en"?
Or may be not a tooltip but a paragraph in the Basic Settings, so that you can be sure everybody reads it.

So my suggestion would be a text like "Be a bridge to help censored users" and then a "what does that mean?" link to the help about what this means. I'd prefer that to just a tooltip, because then people who learned about the bridge concept will immediately know what's going on and the others can find the help.
