Make the Tor archive on OS X reproducible as well

While doing #18845 (moved) and #18291 (moved) it seems we have forgotten the Tor archive on OS X.

bug_20258 (https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/tor-browser-bundle.git/commit/?h=bug_20258&id=bfecaab2a6585e958bfbad9cd70fc9dfb5d2aad7) in my public tor-browser-bundle repo has a proposed fix for review.

Indeed, this is orthogonal to #20184 (moved), but this should make it easier to compare intermediate Tor archives. The patch looks good to me.
