Usual and hardened browser version get confused by GNOME

Description

When you have the "usual" and the hardened version of Tor Browser installation installed "side by side" (= on the same machine) GNOME often confuses them (and displays the wrong title, ...) and the UX is pretty bad as one cannot really be sure what version is executed right now.

Fortunately the way to solve this is easy: The hardened Tor Browser version should use a different class than the usual one. So just change these classes in "start-tor-browser" (and of course all StartupWMClasses too).

Setting it in the script has other downsides, see #18199. The approach mentioned there (writing a Firefox patch for it) is more promising.
