Description

Possible bug in TOR / Windows 98 SE :
after the local time zone change (Summer -> Winter ), Windows adapted itself properly but apparently TOR did not : my local TOR client thinks my clock is 1 hour late, or that the Servers' are an hour early !

I had to manually return the windows clock to Summer time in order to make TOR happy.

What version of Tor?

v 0.1.0.15, BUT WAIT ! (blush) it looks like my clock *really* was 1 hour early for some undetermined reason,
and I wish I had not filled the above report too quickly. I know it makes me look silly and I *do* fill silly too.

Please site moderators nuke the present Task altogether.

Going back to my hole
