Add tor release date next to version strings in graph legends

I made a regex to extract it from the tor ChangeLog file:

/version (\S+) - (20\d\d-(0[1-9]|1[0-2])-(0[1-9]|[12][0-9]|3[01]))/

I'm not convinced that adding one release date per major Tor version would help. First of all, would that be the first alpha release in a series, the first rc release, or the first stable release? And what about dates when a major version reached its end of life? Speaking of, it might be more interesting to see the time period when at least one version of a series was recommended by the directory authorities. So, it really depends on what somebody is interested in. That's why we're linking tor's changes file in the description. But we cannot add all potentially interest information here, in particular not in the legend. Closing as won't fix. Thanks for the suggestion anyway!
