Make "Print fo File" work.

When running firefox under sandboxed-tor-browser, "Print to File" does not appear as an option. This should be there, and it should be functional.

The naive approach of "throw everything that's in the libcups2 pacakge into the container", was insufficient even as a starting point, so this needs to be investigated correctly.
