Description

I observed this in August this year and now in the last days again.
I'm just curious if this is the test pattern from the authorities or whatever else is causing this ?

I'm trying to attach https://zwiebeltoralf.de/torserver/graph-20160825.svg onto this ticket but it is recognized as spam :-(

boths graphs shows an exit which was setup few hours/days ago respectively, therefore the traffic is rather the one to other relays I'd assume

Which relay is that? There might be various explanations for this.

Perhaps a mail to the [tor-relays] mailing list might be better suited here than a trac ticket, so that people can tell you if they experience similar patterns.

It happened with its predecessor too (same hardware) in August this year.

I mailed at 27th of August about that, but the replies just confirmed it but I didn't found a real explanation of it.
