Implying one can use sha256sums for checking OS X Tor Browser bundles is confusing

We should not mention the option to check the SHA-256 checksum of OS X bundles comparing them to the ones in the sha256sums-unsigned-build.txt file until at least #18925 (moved) is fixed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
