Tor.exe does not start

I downloaded and extracted Tor Browser bundle for Windows. I need tor.exe as a console client for TOR network but tor.exe does not start without browser.

1) tor.exe --service install (and variations from Wiki like -options -f): it does not create Win service

2) tor.exe -f [path]\torrc : According to Sysinternals Process Monitor, tor.exe starts, reads the file torrc, made two localhost TCP connects, disconnects them and exits (thread exit 4 times).

What I am doing wrong? How I can run tor.exe in background?

It sounds like you want the Windows expert bundle.

O! Thank you, I missed it. It seems that tor.exe from expert bundle works.

Tor.exe from expert bundle show logs on screen. It turns out that string (have been made by installer) "SocksPort [out_ip]:9051 # Bind to this address:port too." - somehow wrong and tor could not bind to my out_ip.
