After I upgraded to TBB 6.5, everytime when I start TBB, Firefox opens
fixed window size & fixed position.
Before upgrade(TBB 6.0.5 IIRC), I was using TBB as simple Firefox(because I dislike mozilla trackers); torbutton & torlauncher disabled. I'm using this for .onion development and I know what I am doing.
When the user checked this box below, allow the user to use their own window size.
This is seriously annoying and I want you to reconsider about it.

That checkbox is still there, it moved to the Firefox native privacy settings. That said there is privacy.window.maxInnerWidth and privacy.window.maxInnerHeight you can set which should help you. Using Tor Browser just as a simple Firefox is nothing we currently support, though.

I know that. Why not allow people to change window size if they enable that checkbox?

When the user select that checkbox, and change their window size & position,
and close TBB and reopen it,
[Expected Behavior]
TBB opens with last window size and position(actual last TBB behavior)
[Actual Behavior]
TBB always open with static size and position, ignoring my settings.
Actually, I just tested that on a Linux machine and the behavior in 6.5 is exactly the same as in 6.0.8. If I uncheck the "Change details that distinguish you from other Tor Browser users" checkbox on the Firefox privacy settings pane, resize the window as I want and restart I get the windows sized as I did in the previous session. If that does not work for you please provide more details on how to reproduce your problem and reopen the bug.

WOW.
Uncheck that checkbox(not checked) fixed my problem...
Wait wait... maybe I am misleading "Change details that distinguish you from other Tor Browser users".
I read this "Change details that distinguish you from other Tor Browser users" as:
= "I want to change 'some details' which distinguish you from other TBB users."
= "By enabling this checkbox, TBB will stop enforcing some details, and you are allowed to change some more options."
If this is true, consider altering this text to:
"[X] Forget advanced changes which could isolate you from other TBB users"
or something.

There are no advanced changes that need to be forgotten. Actually the advanced changes made and being active when the checkbox is checked are there to stop isolating you from other Tor Browser users. You, as a normal Tor Browser user, want to hide the features of your local system which are distinguishing you from other Tor Browser users. That reduces the fingerprinting risk.
Glad unchecking the checkbox works for you as well.
