Description

Firefox ships now with a captive portal detection feature. That's a thing we don't need and that phones home to Mozilla unnecessarily requesting http://detectportal.firefox.com/success.txt.

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1313706 has the preference flip making captive portal detection available in non-nightly builds as well.
