Description

Apparently people sometimes get confused and think that "graceful shutdown" will mean that they don't relay traffic, when it really means that they'll stop accepting *new* sources of traffic. [*]

We should document and explain this better.

I've cleaned up the log messages in hibernate.c a little bit with branch bug2181 in my public repository. Can anybody suggest someplace else that should explain this too?

Maybe the manpage should talk about the concept of soft hibernation?
