Feature Request: Bandwidth Display Lock

Description

I'm on dial-up and after a few good compressed bursts the automatic scaler gets ridiculously large values, so that the actual typical bandwidth use is less obvious (less contrasty). On the settings give a choice of various connection speeds from 28.8kbps on up, plus a "custom" setting.

Actually, autoscaling the Y-axis for only the visible part of the traffic log should be done.

Also, the update time interval should be configurable, and perhaps the graph Y-axis displayed in logarithmic units (so that both bursts and minor background traffic both produce visible/nice graphs).

A possible fix for this is in my branch chiiph/bug2188_bwgraph.

Here's the commitdiff:

The logarithmic part I agree, but somehow it wasn't that simple to set. I'll dig on it deeper.
