Mozilla doesn't respect FPI for its own features:

[04-26 15:01:25] Torbutton INFO: tor SOCKS: https://incoming.telemetry.mozilla.org/submit/sslreports/ via
                       --unknown--:a2b9f5ec5bade3dce3f003ca0fe69823

(Exceptions in add exception dialog are more funnier :)
Also it should be mentioned that you closed this task as WONTFIX (#18944).

bug_22072 (https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/tor-browser.git/commit/?h=bug_22072&id=e4848686fd6078cd9cbdf3c8a9fe979f0f9a7283) has a patch for review. I left the URL in because that makes it easier for folks who really want to send those things to Mozilla.

commit e4848686fd6078cd9cbdf3c8a9fe979f0f9a7283 has the fix (which got a bit early committed by mistake) on tor-browser-52.1.0esr-7.0-2, thanks.
