Points to discuss for website redesign/support portal:

  1. Where should the instructions live?
  2. What should be the content of this site?
  3. Do we need a section on the support portal for people who are running a mirror?

  1. I think that the instructions can live inside a doc/wiki. I would want this to be easy to update, which the website is not. We can link to it from the website or give a quick link somewhere, but that's all I would want.
  2. Good question. I don't know what it takes to set one up, so a detailed tutorial would be nice.
  3. Maybe, but we will prioritize the current topics for now (download, install, use, common errors), and add more if we have the resources. I think it's more important that we get these basic sets of answers out as soon as possible and to translate them into different languages.

Looking into easy options to turn the page(s) into markdown. Happy about your ideas on above questions.

Not working on this right now. html files can easily be converted with html2text:
pip install html2text
