Description

We might need to adapt our descriptors to make sure tor in Tor Browser is built with zstd+lzma support as well.

This is the parent ticket and the work, if needed, is done in child tickets.

We currently don't install the liblzma-dev package in the container we use for building tor, so we probably don't have support enabled.

I am wondering if most linux distributions have liblzma5 installed by default, or if we should include it in the bundle.

For the Windows build, we will probably need to build it ourself (like zlib).

I talked a bit to ahf in Montréal and we think starting with zstd sounds like a good idea.
