Replace the status icons with CSS

The simplicity of the relay and bridge status icons allows them to be replaced with CSS which makes them scale better.

The move to CSS made the status column on the search page look a little funky so I've attached 0002-Remove-the-static-width-from-the-status-column.patch(None/0002-Remove-the-static-width-from-the-status-column.patch]) which removes the non-breaking space and inline styling. The removal of these fixed the styling issue.
