please rewrite after attachstream 0
Sometimes, Tor controllers will want to specify "ATTACHSTREAM 0" (meaning that Tor should handle the construction of the appropriate circuit and subsequent attachment of the stream) following a REDIRECTSTREAM request that may transform the target into a special-purpose .exit or .onion address. Currently, there is no way for Tor controllers to REDIRECTSTREAM to these special-purpose targets and have Tor handle the result in the fashion that Tor would normally handle them had they been received directly from SOCKS. Fixing this bug will radically improve uniformity and simplicity for controllers wishing to perform these operations.
