Remove redirects for torbrowser-launcher

We added redirects for our update manifests to unbreak torbrowser-launcher (see: https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/issues/276). But we want to remove those to avoid a ever-growing redirect mess.

added TorBrowserTeam201709 component::applications/tor browser owner::tbb-team priority::medium resolution::fixed severity::normal status::closed type::defect labels

This should happen before the next release I think. Putting it therefore on our July agenda.

The patch updating the URL has been merged upstream: https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/pull/279

However, it seems the debian package has not been updated with this new version yet. I will send an email to Ulrike to check the status on this.

Fedora is also still using version 0.2.7: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1463869

Fedora now has version 0.2.8.
