Write a blog post advocating for getting more relays

I'm monitoring numbers of Tor nodes and the numbers are going down. We need more Tor relay to keep up anonimity.

Why not write a blog about this? More tor relay wanted!

I'm moving this into the community side, since it isn't a ticket for changing or fixing the blog.

Also, the total capacity of the network has not been going down, even if the number of relays has been slightly dropping. And actually, the number of relays hasn't been dropping either: https://metrics.torproject.org/networksize.html?start=2016-03-28&end=2017-06-26

So I would say the sky is not falling, and the better thing to do is make a plan for relay operator outreach -- better sense of community and support for the people already running them, better docs for how to set them up, etc -- and then consider advertising those things.

But I will leave it to the community team to decide how they want to handle the ticket. :)
