Increase lead image bottom spacing; reduce top spacing

Add 1.5em to the margin-bottom of the blog post leading image.

Was padding also increased on all sides? I think the padding is too much on the top, and we lose the full width image.

Yes I increased padding in all places, but can only use bottom padding if you prefer.

I don't see that there is new spacing below the lead image. Could it be added?

I think now there is also increased space above the image. Could the space above the image in the individual post match the spacing above the image as it appears on blog.torproject.org?
