Description

This ticket is for doing all the things we need to do before switching our reproducible builds development over to rbm and tor-browser-build.

We need to:
1) Update the tor-browser-bundle README file mentioning that this method of building Tor Browser is deprecated
2) We need to update the relevant parts of https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/TorBrowser/Hacking
3) Move all the tbb-gitian tickets over to tbb-rbm where applicable and close the other ones.
4) ...

Boom, done with commit b273e8a38b24e716008fa9f51a2b53f20c1f1255. I killed my old dev/ directory switching over to tor-browser-build/rbm development but plan to keep the alpha/ until after the next release (in case we run into a non-trivial issue with the new system that is preventing us from getting the security update out fast).
