It opens fine in firefox and chromium. But in tor browser the last article is rendered differently. Some of the html tags are actually missing if I inspect the element. Is this a tor browser issue?
I have tried to change the security level but the result is the same.

I don't see that. For me the rendering is the same in firefox and Tor Browser (except for some differences in the fonts), and when I right click and select "view page source", it is exactly the same in both.
The Trip report, German Foreign Office post is also rendered differently from the other posts for me. But I also get exactly the same thing in firefox, so it doesn't seem to be something specific to Tor Browser.

It is different from the other posts in the page list. And I have the same thing in Tor Browser 7.0.4, Firefox ESR 52, and Firefox 55.
If it is a Drupal bug, it should be seen in Chromium too.
