Ah, it think it's an easy bug to fix in chutney templates. HS v2 and v3 can NOT share the same HiddenServiceDir which they do now.

So the v23 network fails to start because same hidden service directory.

This is fixed by chutney master d3cec81, but #23493 remains: it's a bug in tor's support for IPv6-only v3 single onion services (i.e. the christmas tree options).
