Description

After noscript updated to 5.1.1 the "scripts currently Forbidden" message pops up at the bottom of Tor Browse, this message popup causes the screen size of TorBrowser to decrease, making a fingerprint attack easier.

I tested this on macOS 10.13 (17A405)

and TorBrowser 7.5a5
I attached a photo showing the bug.

I did not enable "show messages about blocked scripts" option in no script, the security lever screen says that I need to restore defaults. shown in "bug1" photo.
When I click "restore defaults" in Security slider screen and refresh the page, the "scripts currently Forbidden" message still pops up at the bottom of TorBrowse.
I uploaded the TorBrowser-Data, that contains the issue.

This is #23724. Things should be back to normal after you restart the browser (New Identity is not enough in this case).
