This may include simple events such as diffs between current and previous consensus documents, but also more complex events for which there may need to be some external data source providing the event information.

This is going to be a larger task, and this ticket serves as a placeholder and a place to hold thoughts and discussions over what may be useful here.

Is the aggregation code that produces OrNetRadar and OrNetStats available? Some of these I think would be really interesting, and others may not be so interesting for the Twitter but may be interesting once #23938 is implemented.

Not so frequent events like the most used tor version changing, or major outages, I think are definitely worthy of tweets.

New relay operators appearing might be something to emit a NOTICE in an IRC channel, but probably not a tweet, although I don't know how often this happens. It's probably not so interesting if the relay disappears again in the next consensus for Twitter users but for those following the network it's more interesting.
