Add torsocks to deb.tpo

torsocks is not currently on deb.torproject.org in either the Debian repository or the repositories for RPM-based distributions. It probably should be.

torsocks is in squeeze anyway which will release some time soon.

Don't think this one is relevant still. If it is it needs somebody doing the backports.
